Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.todwickearlyyears.co.uk. Todwick Early Years is an independent nursery that provides quality childcare and education in a purpose built unit within the grounds of Todwick School. The unit is Ofsted inspected and employs fully qualified staff. We offer two daily nursery sessions for 2-4 year old children and wrap-around care for 3-11 year olds (Kidz Club). Term time only.

Creating an Account
When you create an account on our website, we ask you for an email address and a password. These are just to enable you to access the Parents section of the website.
Contact forms
On contact forms, we ask for your name and your email address. This is just so we have a means to contact you and a name in which to address you.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Your data isn’t shared with anyone external to our site. Your username and email address are provided solely to access the website. Your name and email address on any contact forms are not stored on the site itself and the contents are emailed straight over to us.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
